Milano Home

I was down because I had been so busy with bag design for next season and final production check for spring summer right after my arrival at Milan. I slept without break for over 12 hours at night. The weather forecast said it would snow but it is very fine on Saturday. As you see in the photo, there is nothing in the refrigerator so I went to Antica Trattoria della Pesa (opened in 1880) and had their famous risotto with liver and meat. Finally I felt relaxed. The American couple having meal next to me looked so familiar to me but I couldn’t remember where we met. Since their table was right next to me so I could hear their talk, “where is Santa Maria Nobela?’ (it is in Corso Majenta). “their shop did not come to New York yet?” (it is ANTEPRIMA locating in Corso Como 9). “what shall we do in the afternoon?” (why don’t you visit the famous villa in Milan?). I answered them …in my mind.
