shanghai crab



上海ガニを市場で購入し、レストランへ持ち込み料理してもらう周さん。

代理店をする事になったと言う、OSAWAワインも持ち込んで来ている。

持ち込みばかりで、良くレストランがOKするな?と感心。

「今月末ぐらいが最高ですから、また食べましょう。」と嬉しいお誘い。
市場では1500~2000円、レストランでは一杯5000~6000円ぐらいだそう。

飲み放題、食べ放題?お腹壊さないように生姜茶を飲まないと。

Mr. Chau bought Shanghai Crabs from Chinese wet market and brought to the restaurant. He also brought Osawa Wine to the restaurant on which he started his wine business as an agent. I was surprised that the restaurant didn’t complain with so many items he brought in.
He invited for next time again, saying “End of this month will be the best season for Shanghai Crab, so let’s go out again”. The price is 1500-2000 Japanese yen in Chinese wet market, and 5000-6000 Japanese yen in restaurants. We have been eating and drinking freely so I need to take ginger tea in order to keep my stomach in good conditions.
