Narita-Zurich-Milano



東京は、高速料金引き下げによる渋滞で土日の移動が大変。
LX0161(10時25分)にてZurich経由Milano。7時間戻るので、何時までも終わらない一日です。
映画を3本見て、食べて眠って不健康な飛行機移動。走るか泳ぐかしないと体がおかしくなります。
ベルギーのHatsueさんは毎日泳いで調子が良いと言っているし、香港のMaemiさんも東京のMidoriさんも毎日ご主人と歩いているらしい。時差でしばらく早起きが続きそうですから、明朝は歩きましょうか?今晩はゆっくりとストレッチ。みなさんはどのように体調管理されているのかな?
In Tokyo, due to reduction of highway fee, it causes traffic jam during weekend. I will fly to Milan through Zurich departing at 10:25am with LX0161. Today will be a long day due to 7 hours' time difference. Flying in airplane, doing only movies’ watching, eating and sleeping is really not healthy. I will be unfit unless I run or swim. I heard Hatsue san in Belgium is in good condition, swimming every day. Maemi san in Hong Kong and Midori san in Tokyo are also in good condition walking with their husband. I think I will suffer from jet-lag for a few days, so should I start walking from the day after tomorrow? I will do stretch slowly tonight. How do you maintain health conditions?
